| The environment-friendly
and high-effiency carbon-based slow-release fertilizer, with corncob granular
carbon as host material, develops environment-friendly and concentrated
carbon-based slow-release fertilizer series for a special purpose. This
kind of fertilizer mainly includes rice seedling nutrient agent, greenhouse
seedling bed base fertilizer, special fertilizer for corn and soybean, special
fertilizer for vegetables and flowers, etc. The core technology of this
project is the processing technology of corncob granular carbon, which is
applied in the granular carbon slow-release series special fertilizer. This
product, as the first developed product in this field at home and abroad,
is successfully and widely applied in dry farmland, fruit and vegetable
farmland and protected farmland, which features in temperature raising and
slow release and are economic and environment-friendly.
The series of the environment-friendly concentrated carbon-based slow-release special fertilizer mainly includes five categories of fertilizers, namely, the rice nursery temperature-increasing type control agent, the protected farmland seedling bed temperature-increasing fertilizer, the grain fertilizer and slow-release fertilizer for corn, the special fertilizer for alternate-year and continuous cropping of soybean and the special fertilizer for vegetables and flowers. This product takes advantages of the features of carbon granules, including high porosity, strong absorption forces, good effects of temperature increasing and preservation, environmental protection and pollution free, in substituting coal ash, peat moss, field soil and other host materials as well as producing a series of slow-release special fertilizers. Thanks to the fact that the corncob granular carbon, featuring in good light absorption, temperature increasing and preservation and insulation, is a kind of dark black organic product and rich in micro-holes, after applying in the soil, a termperature increasing area and a temperature preserving area will be shaped surrounding the carbon granules, which plays a significant role in solving the problems of slow germination and growth of rice, corn and soybean seeds caused by the low termperature in early spring and counter-season seedling barriers in protected field. In addition, the strong absorption function of carbon host materials makes significant contribution in slowing down the speed of releasing luvisol, reducing the loss of fertilizer, prolonging the supply term of fertilizer, meeting the demand plants in the overall growth term, thus improving the utilization rate and utilization effect of fertilizer. Apart from that, the strong water absorption function of carbon host materials is of great significance in easing the negative effects caused by drought in spring and increasing the rate of field seedling emergence, thus making great contribution in solving problems, including slow growth of plants in seedling period caused by cold weather in early spring, low temperature of farmland and drought, low utilization rate and poor utilization effects of fertilizer, severe soil nitrogen pollution, etc. According to field investigation, the seeds in fields applied the carbon-based slow-release special fertilizer are quick to germinate, being even and strong and having high output when compared with seeds planted in the contrast fields. |
