development. Chen Wenfu, responsible person of this technology, is the director
of the Rice Research Institute of Shenyang Agricultural University. As a
supervisor for Ph.D students and professor, he has held more than 20 key
research projects, including China’s 863 Plan, many other projects
organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Education and
Liaoning Province, and has been awarded many prizes, including the Second
Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress and the First Prize
of the Liaoning Province Science and Technology Progress. In addition, he
published more than 60 papers and 4 books. |
